Steven C. Friedmann
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President of Castle & Cooke Aviation, Mr. Friedmann is responsible for the overall operation and growth of Castle & Cooke Aviation and the network of FBOs. His responsibilities include the acquisition and development of new and existing FBOs. Since joining Castle & Cooke Aviation in 2001, the VNY facilities were expanded with increased profitability, a FBO facility at Honolulu International Airport was renovated and opened, Everett Jet Center was acquired at Paine Field in Everett, WA, and the development of a 26 acre FBO facility at Paine Field in Everett, WA was planned and implemented.

Prior to joining Castle & Cooke Aviation, Mr. Friedmann was Senior Vice President and General Manager of The Air Group, Inc., a large aircraft management and charter company based at VNY from 1996-2001. While at The Air Group, he contributed to the expansion of the managed aircraft fleet and helped establish satellite offices in Teterboro, New Jersey, St. Louis, San Francisco, Chicago, and Miami.

Mr. Friedmann is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and Southwestern University, School of Law. He is an active member of the State Bar of California and a licensed real estate broker.

Craig M. Walker
Vice President Operations
Mr. Walker is Vice President, Operations of Castle & Cooke Aviation, responsible for all aspects of day to day operations of the growing chain of FBOs. Craig oversees the customer service product and quality control function of the FBO’s operations including fueling and aircraft servicing, flight operations, passenger and pilot convenience, and hangar and office rental including training, standardizing our FBO services and best practices. Craig brings over 35 years of aviation experience to the Castle team. His background in aviation includes flight operations, aircraft maintenance and management of ground operations.

Craig is also the Director of Aviation for Dole Foods, the world’s largest distributor of fruits and vegetables with locations in 90 countries around the world. The Dole Foods’ flight department operates a number of aircraft located in several countries and a Global Express that operates throughout the world.

Mr. Walker graduated from Glendale College specializing in Aerospace Technology. He has attended numerous seminars in aviation operations and safety conducted by Flight Safety International and the University of Southern California, as well as serving on Dassault Aviation and Garrett Aviations Operator’s Advisory Boards from 1990-2000.

Tony Marlow
HNL FBO General Manager
Mr. Marlow, is the General Manager of Castle & Cooke Aviation’s new FBO at Honolulu International Airport and is responsible for the overall management of the Hawaii FBO.

Mr. Marlow began his career working at a Fixed Based Operation (FBO) in Van Nuys, California called Beechcraft West while completing his Aerospace Engineering degree form the University of Southern California. Upon graduation, he relocated to Wichita, Kansas to work for Beech Aircraft Corporation as a Flight Test Engineer and pilot. He earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Wichita State University. Subsequently, he held positions at the same company in marketing, sales, and strategic planning.

Ultimately, Mr. Marlow was one of the founders of the successful fractional ownership subsidiary Raytheon Travel Air as Vice President of Operations. He helped guide the company from start-up to a fleet of more than 110 airplanes and over 600 pilots and other employees. Mr. Marlow is an experienced pilot with more than 5,500 hours of world-wide flying experience holding commercial and airline transport licenses as well as numerous type ratings. He now resides in Honolulu and attends to the full time management and development of Castle & Cooke’s aviation interests in the state of Hawaii.

Terry Wilcoxson
PAE FBO General Manager
As Operation Manager of Castle & Cooke Aviation’s Everett Washington FBO, Mr. Wilcoxson is responsible for the overall FBO operations in Everett. His responsibilities include customer satisfaction, quality assurance, jet fuel delivery and managing our 300,000 gallon storage system. Mr. Wilcoxson began his aviation career in Everett in 1977 with Fliteline Services, Inc.

Prior to joining Fliteline Services, Inc. Mr. Wilcoxson served in the United States Navy for 5 years as an F-4 Phantom Plane Captain with VF-101 based in Oceana VA, and VF-151 embarked on the USS Midway.

Mr. Wilcoxson is a graduate of Everett Community College. His aviation education includes a commercial pilot’s certificate with instrument rating and an A&P certificate.
