Castle & Cooke Aviation Services, based at Van Nuys Airport since 1981, provides jet fuel, aircraft hangar, office and shop space to flight departments of businesses and individuals based in Southern California. The current state-of-the-art facility, built in 1997, is staffed by personnel dedicated to every facet of aviation, trained to the highest standard as recognized by the National Air Transportation Association (NATA). Tenants are served within a private, secure and professional environment.

David H. Murdock is sole owner, Chairman and CEO of parent company Castle & Cooke, Inc., (a former New York Stock Exchange listed company). He is also Chairman, CEO, and owner of Dole Food Company, Inc. Mr. Murdock owns a large-cabin Bombardier Global Express for his extensive travels. Castle & Cooke Aviation Services, along with Dole Food Flight Operations, maintains and navigates this aircraft.
