Castle & Cooke Aviation has recently acquired Fliteline Services, Inc./Everett Jet Center, a full-service FBO that has been providing aircraft fueling and aircraft ground services to aviation clients at Paine Field for over 35 years.
Paine Field is located in Snohomish County which is approximately 20 miles north of Seattle and accessible from Seattle’s business communities. Paine Field is an excellent airport with great operating characteristics that include a 9,010 foot ILS equipped runway, and is an ideal airport to base a corporate flight department or aircraft charter/management company. Paine Field is home to over 500 based aircraft today, and is the home of Boeing’s large manufacturing facility that produces the B747, B767, B777, and the B787 Dreamliner.
In addition to the Fliteline Services, Inc. acquisition, Castle & Cooke Aviation has leased additional land on the west side of the airport and is in the process of developing a new corporate FBO Hangar and Office facility. Initially a large corporate hangar capable of storing Global Express size aircraft will be built, however, land is available for additional large corporate hangars and tenant build-to-suit hangars and offices.
