During our 26 years of operation we have hangared and serviced over 200 individual client aircraft. 
Castle & Cooke Aviation’s facilities in Van Nuys have grown to a total of 100,000 square feet of hangar space, over 37,000 square feet of Class-A office space and over 3,000 square feet of shop/storage space.
The aviation facility has been designed from the ground up with a corporate aircraft operator in mind. The faciity's hangar space provides storage for corporate business aircrafts such as the Bombardier Global Express, Gulfstreams, Falcons, and other business jets. Other features of the facility include a spacious lobby for tenants and guests, a fully equipped kitchen and a large conference room and business facilities for on-site business meetings.
Our newest facility is a built-to-suit hangar and office complex that is leased to a single tenant, Elite Aviation, under a 30-year lease. Elite is in the charter and aircraft management business and caters to private aircraft owners by chartering aircraft to the public.
